New Buzz

So....I have switched jobs and working nights full time on 8 West Specialty Surgery (Uro/Gyno surgeries mostly) I am loving the new patients and getting to really round out my nursing experience with surgery patients. 

We found a great girl, K, to come watch our kiddos while we sleep. Isaac has been coping/transitioning very well during this time. EXCEPT, he plays in his room during his nap! 

Last weekend, while my mom was staying the night visiting and watching kiddos, Isaac was obsessing over his buzz lightyear toy not having wings (It was the 9.99 version) I said, "Isaac, if you sleep in your bed for 3 days for your naps when K is here, you can get a new buzz with wings."

So Sunday night, we made the chart and he "got" it. 3 stars and he gets a new buzz!

 My girl, Natalie, had her first cold this week and handled it like a champ, although can't suck her thumb, so difficult to find comfort. But still sleeping thru night so i'm a happy mamma!
