GRADUATION

Chad has been pondering a life change since about 2007, but it didn't come to fruition until less than 2 years ago....and here we are...Chad Robert Barr, Masters of Arts in Education from Willamette University. I remember fondly 2 summers ago, our maternity/paternity leave trip to California with a 3 week old and a 2 year old and discussing options. Little did I know that less than 2 years later...this would be our life. So happy of all Chad has accomplished and so happy for the teamwork we have done. Now if someone would hire this awesome, well deserved graduate teacher.

pretty little thing

Chad's cohort!

my parents the most awesome babysitters! No seriously...they saved the day for me.

Chad upfront. He was number 3 to graduate!!!! Good things come with having the last name BARR

The kids back at the house watching a movie before our next event the bbq...it was going to be a long day, so a quick movie was all i could give them for being so awesome.

"stop taking pictures of me......"

He stayed up till after nine...he said something like, why is it getting so dark outside. Oh poor kid...doesn't know sunset/night anymore, cuz he goes to bed at 8. He cracks me up. But i love me some 8-11 pm. Never gonna change that bedtime, sorry kid.

Kah-nee-ta 2012

2nd Bi-annual trip to Kahneeta...we had it on the calendar last year but decided probably wasn't a great idea....4 really youngin's with 2 adults. We gave it a shot this year and have to say...won't go again unless I have more than 2 adults...way to much to watch after our precious cargo.
above pic I was trying to capture a crazy random rainbow in the clouds.

Although it looks calm...at any moment those kids could go head first in the water.

It was middle school day...so many many many 13 year olds in the pool.

Strapping the young ones in for safety!

And back home...long drive, the babes slept a bit, thank goodness, so me and terese could chat it up.
