18 days
shoes and eating
Isaac always putting on shoes, even pretty mommy ones.
First attempt at a soft taco.
I would consider it a success, just for the fact that it was bathtime after this.
he does this look alot, especially to old men at winco.
Isaac is 20 months old....Where has the time gone?
We were worried about his talking at his 18 month appt, because at that point he only said 2 words.
How God has provided...In two months, he is up to 20 words and about 6 sign language words.
It's funny with signing, he won't "say" milk, please, or help, but will always sign them to me to communicate.
He loves Elmo and reading. And music. and his Daddy (who Isaac constantly asks about if he's at work or sleeping).
Update on the bun in the oven:) I am 16 weeks along and have our next appt on jan 8, just a check up, but always wonderful to hear the heartbeat. I am getting bigger. Wearing maternity clothes already. Once the pudge looks more like a baby than a beer, I will get some pics up of Isaac's new bro or sis.
Hoping to get some year in review photos up for New years.

Christmas 2009
Christmas! It was a nice, loooonnnnngggg, day.
Chad worked Christmas Eve night, so he got off work at 06 am on Christmas and came home tired and hungry. Chad and I had a nice breakfast together and opened presents to each other. Isaac had a late night on Christmas eve in aumsville with the Barr Family so he was still sleeping at 07 am. I sent Chad to bed, and Isaac woke up and did what he loves best, played with plastic bowls, calling them "Hats" or Haaaah in Isaac language.

This is at Grammie and Poppa Sajko's house later Christmas afternoon.

Thankfulness Part 2
So 30 days of Thankfulness...
Day 13-20...Here they are....
13. Chad's sister's. They are always here for us. They LOVE Isaac and we are live very close so it's very nice to have our little family here in Salem.
14. Denali Blankets. They are the best blankets ever and I am thankful to snuggle every night with one.
15. Insurance. Chad and I are both insured with our jobs, so the other insurance always picks up the tab, co pays, etc. It's awesome.
16. Dave Ramsey. We are fully committed to cash starting in Dec. And super excited.
17. Christian Music Stations 104.1 and 107.1. I so connect to God while singing in the car on the way to work.
18. My bro's pick in the partners....Malia and Jessamyn, ahhh, I couldn't imagine any other better ladies.
19. Hippos and Ladybugs. Isaac's fav books always settle him down when he is bored or freaking out.
20. Iphone (Chad's)
Note to self, don't do a whole month in 3 parts, next year...daily posts.
And on to Thanksgiving pics.

After 4 hours of cooking....Dinner is served

Pre-Thanksgving Festivities

Halloween!
A very delayed Halloween Entry!
This was moving day and the Jeff and Christi and their 3 little monkeys joined us for trick or treating in the new neighborhood. We were the first group to ring the doorbells but 4 kids under 5 years they have an early bedtime. It was a success. I was surprised that Isaac went up to the doors and had so much energy to do every house. He did fall at every one. I think he liked following the older ones around.
Milo and Isaac sharing juice.
The first house! I should add Isaac was a lion...(it looks kinda like a bear, but it's a lion:))

Holding Aunt Dawn's hand.

I love this one.

30 days of Thankfulness: Part 1
So after checking in on some friends blogs that are doing 30 days of thankfulness...I am walking around the house, thinking about little things that I am thankful for....
So since I am behind doing daily messages, I will give them all in one shot.
I am thankful...
1. Isaac sleeps a full 12 hours at night and still takes one nap per day. Consistency rules.
2. For Chad, and that he is a loving husband and friend, and the best daddy.
3. we found a house.
4. our real estate agent bought us a home warranty that we have used 3 times:)
5. my parents are so involved in my life
6. I can put my car in a garage after 15 months of not being able to...it's sooo nice.
7. I have a good job, and I only have to work part time
8. Chad has a good job and he is really good at his job. I am always so proud of how he does it.
9. for good friends
10. isaac sleeps all night long, i know i already wrote this but i really am thankful for that.
11. that my mail is secure now, and i don't have to worry that people will steal it (like in July!)
12. for my brothers...we really like eachother...that's amazing.
That's 12 days for now...

Pumpkin Patch
I do realize I have neglected the blog...and i still do take a lot of pictures, but they seem to be the back of Isaac, because he is a little runner now. Running everywhere.
Uncle Dan, Auntie Jes and Gio (and Gladys) came over for a sleepover last night and we had a very fun time, watching football, driving by the new house (which we hope to move in on Halloween!), La Hacienda with a pitcher of margaritas, and Rock Band to end the night.
This morning we ventured out to French Prairie Gardens to the Pumpkin Patch. Expensive....but seeing Isaac run around and being with my family....Priceless.

He called each one of them "ball"
Random photo of us in Florence Oregon, two weeks ago. These are our great friends Anne and Nick and them helping put the kayaks in the water. Brad, Chad and I went around the lake. It was raining, but Isaac was with Grammie and Poppa, so I had to do all the "adult" things I could:)
Isaac wishing he was fast like Gio
